How does it work? 

1. Contact us by email at info@missgigotine.com WITHIN 15 DAYS after receiving the package. The email must state your full name and the order number.
2. Carefully pack the ring sling and instructions in the original box then put everything in a plastic bag.
3. You will receive by email the information to print the return label (or pick one up at the post office).
4. Tape the label to the package and mail it!
5. The baby carrier will be inspected at reception and you will be fully refunded provided it’s in original condition (shipping included!). If the sling is damaged and/or stained, you can choose to get the parcel back, at your expense, or get a partial refund (in our sole discretion, depending on the state of the ring sling).
